1

Daizen-in Temple (bean throwing)

This Tendai Buddhist temple, also known as Higashimurayama Fudoson, is home to the Seven Lucky Gods and the Mizuko Jizo Bodhisattva. During the Setsubun Festival, bean-throwing, goma fires, and music performances are held alongside sumo wrestlers.

2

Kuno Farm (strawberry picking)

Enjoy all-you-can-eat sweet and fresh strawberries for 30 minutes. You can compare and taste four varieties of strawberries (Benihoppe, Akihime, Oi C Berry, and Kaorino). They are grown in elevated beds to reduce the strain of picking.

3

Tokorozawa Sakura Town

Located in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture, this is Japan's largest pop culture hub. It is a cultural complex run by KADOKAWA that combines a library, art gallery, and museum. The projection mapping at the Bookshelf Theater is a must-see.
